Zilant towel driers are designed for the main and additional heating of bath and shower rooms, toilet rooms and other facilities. Moreover, they are intended for drying the towels and other textile products in these rooms.
Water towel driers are directly connected to the central or local system of hot water supply or to the heating system with the working pressure of 20 atmospheres and heat carrier temperature (water) of up to 115°С. Due to the type and size of towel drier, its heat power ranges from 100 to 700W.
The electric-welded (TIG technology) corrosion-resistant tube, which is applied in the food processing industry and has the Russian certificate of conformity, is used. Tubes’ diameters are 32mm and 18mm; wall thickness is 2mm. In the course of towel driers production, the tubes are polished to 12 cleanliness class.
Towel driers are absolutely resistant to corrosion.
Towel driers of 3-13, 23, 24, 30-39, 41-45 types are produced in accordance with the TIG welding method, which guarantees the strength and refinement of joints. Towel driers of 3-7, 9-13 types are completed with the reducing pipe-joints of 1/2-3/4 type, Mayevsky taps, ornate cover caps and seals.
All water towel driers of Zilant are tested under the pressure of 24.5 atmospheres, which guarantees their durability.
Electric towel driers of Zilant are equipped with the dry heating element with the capacity of 30-100W and the automatic control of temperature that ranges from 40°С to 65°С (the interval is 5°С).
All products, which are manufactured by SC Zilant LLC, are insured by MSK Insurance Group JSC and have the Russian GOST R certificate. Warranty period of all products is 2 years. Service life of towel driers is unlimited.
Towel driers specification comparison
At the present time, some of permanent and capital repair facilities are completed with the water towel driers made up of zinc- or chrome-plated tubes, which are suitable for water and gas. However, any physical impact on such tubes (cutting, bending, threading, welding), which is required for producing the towel driers, causes the breakdown of protective coating and leads to the total loss of useful qualities within 1-2 years of their operation.
Towel driers from stainless steel feature the unchanged and perfect outside appearance, high heating capacity and leak tightness.

- In accordance with the Order of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Republic of Tatarstan No.111 of 24 July 2008 (Annex No.1, para.2.1.1.2) “Steel tubes with the defects of internal and external anticorrosion coating are prohibited to be used in projects”.

The towel driers, which are produced by other manufacturers, have the wall thickness of 1.5mm and threaded reducing pipe-joint. It means that joints and ferrule points of such tubes are unsealed.
3) Thread expanding at the inlet and outlet of towel drier excludes the seal slotting and prevents the depressurization.
